Manufacturer Defects: Issues related to fabric defects, color bleeding, or shrinkage from manufacturer specifications are beyond our control. We inspect all items and will notify you of any pre-existing conditions.

Damaged Items: In the rare event of damage caused by our process, we maintain comprehensive insurance and will fairly compensate based on the item's condition and fair market value.

Care Labels: We follow all manufacturer care instructions. If care labels are missing or unclear, we use our best professional judgment based on fabric type and garment construction.
