Quality concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery for guarantee coverage.

Stain removal

Some stains may be permanent due to fabric type, age, or prior treatment. We'll always inform you if a stain cannot be safely removed.

Manufacturer defects

Issues from fabric defects, color bleeding, or shrinkage from manufacturer specifications are beyond our control. We inspect all items and will notify you of pre-existing conditions.

Damaged items

In the rare event of damage caused by our process, we maintain comprehensive insurance and will fairly compensate based on the item's condition and fair market value.

Care labels

We follow all manufacturer care instructions. If labels are missing or unclear, we use our best professional judgment based on fabric type and garment construction.
